Welcome to The Infinity Care. By using our website, services, or engaging with us as a registered NDIS service provider, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Services

  • The Infinity Care provides disability support services in line with the NDIS Practice Standards.

  • All supports are delivered according to your NDIS Plan and your Service Agreement with us.

  • We are committed to providing services that are safe, respectful, and tailored to your needs.

2. Service Agreements

  • Before services begin, you will sign a Service Agreement that outlines the supports, fees, and responsibilities.

  • Service Agreements are made in line with NDIS requirements and can be reviewed at any time.

  • You may request changes to your Service Agreement by contacting us.

3. Participant Responsibilities

When receiving services from The Infinity Care, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information relevant to your support needs.

  • Treat staff, support workers, and other participants with respect.

  • Pay any fees or contributions as outlined in your Service Agreement.

  • Inform us of any changes to your NDIS Plan, funding, or personal circumstances that may affect service delivery.

4. Our Responsibilities

The Infinity Care agrees to:

  • Provide services safely, ethically, and in compliance with NDIS Practice Standards.

  • Respect your privacy and confidentiality (see our Privacy Policy).

  • Communicate openly and clearly with you about your supports.

  • Respond promptly to complaints, feedback, or incidents.

5. Fees and Payments

  • Fees for services are charged in line with the current NDIS Price Guide (or as otherwise agreed in your Service Agreement).

  • Invoices will be issued regularly and must be paid within the agreed timeframe.

  • If services are cancelled without adequate notice, a cancellation fee may apply in accordance with NDIS guidelines.

6. Cancellations and Changes

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide as much notice as possible.

  • We may need to adjust or reschedule services in certain circumstances (e.g., staff illness, emergencies). We will inform you promptly of any changes.

7. Complaints and Feedback

  • We welcome feedback to improve our services.

  • You can make a complaint directly to us, and we will investigate fairly and quickly.

  • If you are not satisfied, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission for further support.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Infinity Care is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

  • Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and the NDIS Commission.

9. Website Use

  • The content on our website is for general information only.

  • We do not guarantee that the website will always be error-free, up to date, or uninterrupted.

  • You must not misuse our website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

10. Changes to These Terms

  • The Infinity Care may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
